Duties and import taxes are included. SILAIRA ships orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so no additional import duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are required from the customer upon delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
